Our small structure, equipped with all the essential tools for the development of new products, gives the possibility of being flexible and above all very responsive. Our suppliers with whom we work jointly, always respond to extremely competitive deadlines.
Internally we have CAD (Créo Element / direct Modeling from PTC), a 3D printer (Raised 3D Pro 2), a 12-ton press for bending parts, a drill press, soon a milling machine and a lathe. These tools are essential for the manufacture of validation prototypes and / or the manufacture of small series or even single models.

Autonomous lighting for tourist caves
Lighting of a gallery that can be visited by tourists in the cave of La Verna in the Pyrenees. The goal was to highlight the concretions as well as the underground river by avoiding the obligation to pull electric cables and thus, not denature the site. The spots therefore work on batteries that the guides replace every 3 days depending on the number of visitors to be recharged outside the cave. The lighting does not stay on permanently, the guides have remote controls with them that allow them to activate the spots as soon as they arrive with their customers and turn them off when they leave. The site remains extremely humid, and its temperature is close to 5 ° C all year round.
Mobile stand-alone projector
Equipped with 2 very high efficiency concentrators, these very high intensity blocks can be combined with all sauces. You can use them on battery and make them mobile as you wish. But we can also connect them to a low voltage 12v network (increased safety) or install them on an agricultural or public works machine. With our 6-cell batteries, autonomy is 5 hours at full power.
